Minimum production requirements
- Base body dimensions match exactly (105.2 x 15.2 mm)
- Badge has chrome finish
- Content is slighty inset and of glossy appearance, with content elements being black and/or red
- Material (ABS, …) must be non-corrosive and must be of automotive industry quality, therefore last at least 8 years of outdoor use, withstanding UV rays, heat, pressure washing, harsh weather conditions etc.)
- Adhesive is of automotive industry quality, therefore last at least 8 years of outdoor use, withstanding UV rays, heat, pressure washing, harsh weather conditions etc.)
Badge fixation pins are desirable, but not necessary. If Badge can be produced with fixation pins, they MUST meet exact specifications.
